What a tasty meal this ended up being.
First, I rubbed the raw boneless pork chops with a mixture of garlic powder, salt and pepper and then grilled them with some sliced onions for about 7-8 minutes on each side. Side note: I sprayed the grill with olive oil spray to help them not stick and it worked great.
Served with white rice and steamed esparagus (with some of the same seasoning mixture and chopped onion).
