I am so excited that I found this recipe HERE!
There is nothing unhealthy about these cookies. They remind me more of a breakfast or nutrition bar.
I followed the recipe pretty closely other than these slight adjustments:
I added about 1/8 cup whole wheat flour to thicken the dough and used Agave Nectar instead of Molasses. I did half the batch with walnuts and raisins and the other half with walnuts and dried cranberries.
