BBQ ribs with Asian style Salad is a major favorite and naturally dairy-free.
Delicious, Tender Ribs:
Put raw beef ribs in oven pan (I use a 9X13 cake pan lined with aluminum foil).
Cover in RibRub seasonings or seasoned salt and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in oven at 270 degrees for 4 - 4.5 hours.
Remove from oven and smear tons of your favorite barbeque sauce all over.
Finish by putting on the barbeque for 5-10 minutes or broiling on high in the oven for 4 minutes (without covering with aluminum foil).
They are ready once the barbeque sauce is bubbling and carmelized.
