What you need:
Thick slices of french bread or texas toast bread
6 eggs mixed with about a tablespoon of ground cinnamon and 1-2 teaspoons vanilla
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Spray with non-stick spray if needed.
Once skillet is hot, place one piece of bread in egg mixture, flip to other side to get egg on both sides. Immediately, place flat on skillet. Cook until lightly brown and egg is cooked on one side, then flip and let brown on opposite side. Repeat with all slices of bread.
Serve warm with toppings such as: margarine, berries, cool whip, maple syrup, etc.
